Summary:
An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) functions as part of the interdisciplinary healthcare team in accordance with privileges approved by the credentialing committee to provide high quality, cost effective care to patients within the APPs scope of practice in collaboration with a supervising physician. The APP reflects the mission, vision, and values of the organization, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and other regulatory and accreditation standards.

UNC Family Medicine at Downtown Raleigh has an opening for a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA). UNC Family Medicine at Downtown Raleigh is a full-service family practice conveniently located in the heart of downtown Raleigh. Our care team provides compassionate and personalized care for patients.

Services Include:

• Preventive healthcare
• Sick care
• Physicals
• Immunizations
• Women’s health
• Management of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma
• Screening tests
• Onsite laboratory

The ideal candidate must be a graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program, with a minimum of two years of primary care experience.
