Astral Insights is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team based in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering client relationships and driving new business growth within our specialized sectors: manufacturing and transportation & logistics. This role is pivotal in supporting our clients' data strategy initiatives and expanding their accounts, all while contributing to digital thought leadership and our overall brand awareness in the AI & Analytics space.

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Client Management: Own and cultivate the overall relationship with assigned mid-market and enterprise clients in the manufacturing and transportation & logistics industries.
  • Client Retention & Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by delivering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within new and existing accounts to expand our footprint and increase revenue.
  • Data Strategy Support: Collaborate with our technology team to support the development of data strategies for our clients.
  • Digital Thought Leadership: Create and disseminate digital content that positions Astral Insights as a thought leader in the industry.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or engineering; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client success or account management, preferably with consulting companies covering the manufacturing and/or transportation & logistics sectors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and delivering data-driven results.
  • Proven track record of increasing client satisfaction and revenue growth.
