About the Role:
As the Partner Marketing Manager at Spreedly, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's partner ecosystem and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This role will serve as a bridge between our Marketing and Partnerships team - working closely with both teams to support strong relationships and GTM activities with Spreedly’s technology partners, resellers, and strategic alliances.
In this dynamic role, you’ll have the opportunity to build new processes and initiatives and play a large part in ensuring Spreedly’s partnership program is considered best in class.
This role is open to candidates who currently reside within a commutable distance of our headquarter office in Durham, North Carolina, with the expectation of one to two days a week to be spent in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with Spreedly’s Partnerships team and our partners’ marketing managers, create, manage, and execute marketing programs, initiatives, and events that support both Spreedly and partner GTM success
  • Drive the planning, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns that help to achieve the relevant pipeline goals
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral, content, and assets tailored for partner enablement and co-branding initiatives, and provide partners with marketing best practices and educational content
  • Own the organization and logistics of virtual and in-person partner-focused events, webinars, and trade shows
  • Measure and analyze the impact of marketing investments, both within Spreedly and to external partners, including tracking return on investment, reporting key performance indicators, and conducting data analysis to ensure effective marketing strategies
  • Gather insights from campaign data to inform future strategy and prioritization
  • Maintain accurate records of partner engagement, pipeline, and revenue contributions in Salesforce or relevant marketing technology
  • Assist in administering and coordinating the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program for eligible partners
  • Effectively manage and optimize the partner marketing budget, aligning with predetermined criteria and MDF policy

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in partnership or channel marketing, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Experience tracking and reporting on key metrics and ROI for partner marketing activities
  • Experience creating marketing content and collateral for partner enablement and co-branding initiatives
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and mobilize both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and navigate complex relationships
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data analysis
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • As this role will primarily collaborate with colleagues and partners based out of the US and the UK, fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is required
