About the Role

We are looking for a senior Salesforce CRM Analytics Engineer. As a Salesforce CRM Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for leveraging Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly known as Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics) to develop and deliver actionable insights and data visualizations that enable our clients to unlock the full potential of their Salesforce data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design scalable analytics solutions, and implement best-in-class data visualization dashboards and reports. We're seeking team members to help modernize and enhance enterprise system that connects providers directly with millions of US veterans seeking care and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our team member will work in an Agile-Scrum environment, collaborating with peers to:

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting needs.
  • Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements, leveraging features such as SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes.
  • Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, ensuring efficient data processing, storage, and visualization.
  • Conduct user training and provide technical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Salesforce CRM Analytics and proactively recommend enhancements and improvements to existing solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce certification in Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Proficiency in SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data visualization best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM configuration, customization, and integration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • At least three (3) years of demonstrated expertise designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements.
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
  • Ability to acquire a Public Trust clearance.
