MARKETING MANAGER
Job Description
We are looking for an on-site Marketing Manager who will thrive at strategically driving demand for internal, client and partner innovator products and further expand our marketing capabilities as a team.
This role requires high-level strategic thinking, entrepreneurial initiative, and execution experience across a variety of marketing channels, with a focus on digital marketing. The role will involve integration of several disciplines to guide the master narrative and campaign execution of new business initiatives. A strong story teller with experience in marketing, design, software development and product management verticals will thrive in this role.

Fluency in
- Stakeholder, audience, competition research
- Identifying primary brand stories
- Creating a written brand & messaging voice
- Leading strategy behind marketing expressions of identity
- Generating creative marketing campaigns
- Managing initial revenue growth campaigns
- Authoring product content marketing assets
- Writing product marketing briefs
- Identifying relevant key performance indicators for marketing efforts
- Reporting and analysis of marketing performance to stakeholders
- Managing delivery timelines of marketing campaigns
- Expansion and clarification of marketing frameworks and processes that maintains consistency with company innovation and product management philosophy
- Working with cross-functional product teams of designers, marketers, and engineers to achieve large product goals
- Working directly with clients, innovator partners and internal stakeholders on marketing strategies and tactical campaigns
Experience in
- Technical or digital marketing execution
- Customer experience design
- Leading teams building enterprise level web or mobile applications
- Healthcare, B2B, B2C, cannabis industries
- Project management
- Strategic account management
- Marketing tech tooling and platforms: CRM (Hubspot and Salesforce), email marketing, paid/organic search and social
- Reputation management
Familiarity in
