Noyo is headquartered in San Francisco, CA with teammates distributed across the United States. We have offices in San Francisco, CA and Raleigh-Durham, NC.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Noyo, you will be instrumental in driving growth through new logo acquisition across a range of Benefits Administrators and Insurance Carriers. You will be responsible for winning new business and managing complex enterprise sales processes. You will lead a cross-team selling motion that includes Noyo’s broader commercial team and other cross-functional partners internally, with a focus on building strategic client partnerships that make magic for our users.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the full sales process from prospect to close (e.g. opportunity creation, qualification, discovery, product demonstration, pricing and proposals, negotiation, procurement)
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of benefit administrators and insurance carriers
  • Develop a deep understanding of each prospect, including their business goals, current pain points and craft a value-based solution for how Noyo can accelerate their goals.
  • Work in close collaboration with Account Managers to facilitate connections between existing and prospective customers.
  • Represent Noyo well with customers and prospects, demonstrating alignment with Noyo’s core Operating Principles every step of the way
  • Contribute to improving sales best practices, processes, and measurement to enhance our sales team
  • Collaborate closely with our customer experience and engineering teams to ensure a seamless and outstanding implementation experience for our customers

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ Years of B2B Enterprise SaaS experience as a Senior or Enterprise Sales Executive, with direct experience in benefits technology
  • Demonstrated top performer with a track record of meeting and exceeding annual ARR quotas of $1M+ with average deal sizes of $250k+ Highly consultative, systems thinker, and data driven.
  • You can easily build relationships, synthesize the business needs and priorities across multiple stakeholders, and turn that into a clear, compelling business case that highlights return on investment.
  • Proactive and impatient – you drive urgency and momentum, creating opportunities and operating with an owners’ mindset.
  • Excellent pipeline generation, management, and forecasting rigor Comfortable building c-suite relationships
  • You thrive in autonomous environments and are excited to navigate challenges with a solution focused mindset
Salary Range
Noyo is committed to advancing pay equity, and pay transparency is one tool in support of that goal. Noyo has a comprehensive total rewards program which includes base salary, equity, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
Noyo is a distributed first team with employees working across the U.S. and we take a location agnostic approach to compensation. This means that your location will not be a factor in determining your compensation.

How we work together
Deep Work Wednesdays - Wednesdays are used for deep work, so we try to avoid meetings being scheduled this day unless it's client sensitive.
Collaboration Stack - We primarily use Slack, Google Suite, and Notion.
Core Collaboration Hours - To maintain our flexible, self-directed work schedules without leading people to feel they need to be constantly connected, we've implemented core meeting hours where cross-time zone meetings happen.
