Shepard Library; School of Library & Information Sciences; School of Law; School of Education; School of Business; School of Graduate Studies; Research & Sponsored Programs; Julius L. Chambers Biomedical/Biotechnology Research Institute; Biomanufacturing Research Institute and Technology Enterprise; University College; Division of Extended Studies; Enrollment Management; Title III; International Affairs; Institutional Research and Analysis; and other offices, including the Academic Resource Management Office. |

Primary Purpose of Position | The Provost & Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs is the Chief Academic Affairs Officer of the University, providing primary administrative leadership, direction, and evaluation for all academic activities and faculty affairs of the University. The Provost & Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs assumes the full responsibilities of the Office of the Chancellor during periods when the Chancellor is unavailable or otherwise unable to fulfill their duties. |
