What we're looking for: As Paralegal at Wrike, you will provide legal assistance and act as liaison between company attorneys, organizations and inhouse employees. You will compile data from legal sources, assemble, proof and edit drafts of contracts, including order forms and confidentiality agreements, prepare and file legal documents, as required, conduct research on projects as directed by corporate attorneys, andassist internally in analyzing documents. Primary Job Responsibilities: Proof and edit drafts of order forms and confidentiality agreements. Assist with filing and auditing of contracts and templates. Assist with company responses to RFPs and customers’ vendor questionnaires. Assist with the processing of data deletion requests received by the company. Possess some SaaS industry knowledge, particularly as to SaaS sales terms and practices that come with selling cloud to enterprise businesses. Be knowledgeable in or willing to learn data-privacy, data-security, revenue recognition rules, and various Wrike policies and procedures. Produce excellent quality work. Be articulate, diplomatic, approachable, and possessing good business and personal judgment. Prioritize assignments effectively to provide excellent client service, by continuous and prompt communication with clients and Legal Department. Take on Legal Department projects with energy and enthusiasm and work with Legal Department management and other team members to deliver excellent results. Embrace change in the organization and the role, working collaboratively to ensure our Sales clients receive excellent support and service. Excellent attention to detail, superior oral and written communication skills, and project management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, problem solver, team player. A positive attitude and good sense of humor. Ability to learn revenue recognition principles and data privacy and data security issues. You are a self-starter and fast learner. You like a challenge. Basic Qualifications: 5-10 years of law firm and/or in-house experience required. Must be comfortable working independently with little oversight in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree, with strong academic record. • Completion of paralegal certificate program approved by the American Bar Association would be a bonus.
