Partner Operations Manager
Cloud Software Group is looking for a Senior Operations Expert to lead our TIBCO Partner Operations team.
The role will oversee the existing TIBCO Partner Ecosystem ensuring partners can manage their book of business in a self-service fashion and are properly enabled to retain and expand their customer footprint. This position is critical to the health of our partners' business with TIBCO and ensure that each partner is active, that their new and renewals deals are supported and that they have full knowledge of how to use the TIBCO Partner Portal.
The role will offer analytical support to the BI function ensuring all partners are well managed and can be easily reported on.
Responsibilities
- Manage the TIBCO Partner Ecosystem in our CRM system as well as contractually
- Support Partner Managers in their effort to book partner led transactions
- Ensure operational support is place for Deal Registration process
- Oversee a team of people who book royalties for outsourced partners
- Work closely with BI/Analytics team to be able to report on Partner performance
- Work closely with Partner Managers enabling them to use our Salesforce tool and reports
Required Skills
- Experience in running operations
- Knowledge of Sales and Partner portal tools
- Great communication skills
- Great organizational skills and structure
- Strong ability to collaborate with external and internal parties
- Analytical skills
- Prior experience with TIBCO products, processes and partners highly desirable
