ShareFile Senior Financial Analyst
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will have ownership of executing against an expense operating model to support the annual planning and weekly/quarterly rhythm of the business. This includes:
- Strategy
- Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor for Finance leaders and Executives for planning, analysis and reporting for the leveraging data to drive business decisions.
- Annual Planning: Serve as a key stakeholder driving the annual transition/planning process including providing committed expense details and forecast.
- Business KPI: Track to KPIs, automate, and proactively monitor the business.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME):Serve as an SME for expense tracking and upstream procurement / accounts payable processes.
- Execution
- Forecast Management: Partner with Finance Lead to on monthly forecast deliverables.
- Quarterly Close: Own monthly & quarterly closing activities, including expense management and accrual request.
- Stakeholder Engagement Establish a regular engagement cadence Expense Finance Lead, Procurement and Accounts Payable
- Continuous Improvement & Automation
- Take a continues improvement lens to all processes and manual reports. Practice continuous improvement to simplify& shift from reactive to proactive & predictive.
Your Superhero Uniform Includes:
- 5+ years experience in financial analyst roles, procurement operations &/or deal desk experience a plus
- Data and reporting skills including experience with excel using pivots, vlookup, etc.
- Financial System Experience including: Hyperion, and Oracle Procurement.
