Team & Job Overview
As part of Cloud Software Group’s HR team, you will be supporting a global employee base of close to 9,000 employees. The Senior Compensation Analyst will join a high-caliber, commercially savvy HR function and provide compensation consultation and operational expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Develop and maintain global salary ranges
· Analyze market data and prepare results / proposals to be shared with Leadership
· Collaborate with the team on cyclical reward events such as long-term incentive grants, merit, promotions, and bonus allocations
· Create training and communication materials for Cloud Software group compensation programs
· Act as a consultant with HR and business customers and provide ad-hoc compensation analysis
· Conduct internal / external total reward benchmarking
· Participate in identified salary surveys throughout the year
· Consult on updates to Cloud Software Group’s job profile framework
· Develop business focused and pragmatic solutions to compensation challenges
· Apply job evaluation techniques in a fair and consistent manner
· Assist in side by side analysis on all aspects of reward in integration and M&A scenarios
· Participate in data audits in systems such as Workday
· Conduct pay equity analysis and reporting
· Advise on compliance items such as wage transparency
Who You Are
· Minimum of 3-5+ years of proven experience in a Compensation Analyst role desired
· An analytical mind with the ability to apply and present findings in a way that is valuable to the business
· Excellent Excel manipulation abilities essential
· Experience with data visualization tools a plus
· Ability to communicate effectively and handle issues sensitively
· A proactive and resilient team member with an optimistic can-do attitude
· Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
· Customer orientated attitude with a focus on customer delivery
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Able to work in an ambiguous environment and shift gears as needed
· Pride yourself on tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
· Comfortable with a high-volume workload with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· HR professional qualification, or working towards one, a plus
· Experience in Global/US managed businesses desirable
CA generally ranges $121k-$162k (min-max)
