Principal Technical Architect - Salesforce & Integrations

Help the ShareFile Business Unit succeed by developing and delivering cutting-edge internal CRM and Billing systems and integrations leveraging best practices for efficiency and scale. 

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a robust background in spearheading lead-to-cash digital transformation programs. This role requires a deep understanding and hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, CDP, Salesforce CPQ, Mulesoft, Billing & ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive digital transformation initiatives across various domains, including marketing automation, CRM, quoting and contracting, integrations, billing, and revenue recognition. Your leadership will be key in navigating these complex landscapes.

2. Solution Engineering: Apply your hands-on engineering skills to solve complex business problems. Your technical expertise will be crucial in delivering innovative and efficient solutions.

3. Design Patterns: Leverage your understanding of design patterns such as microservices architecture, API development, and cloud infrastructure to create robust and scalable solutions.

4. Critical Component Management: Take charge of project critical component design, ensuring that all parts of the project align with business objectives and meet user needs.

5. Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, effectively liaising with both business and technical staff. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be key.

6. Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, PMO, and internal delivery teams. Your ability to manage priorities and ensure business alignment will be key in delivering successful projects.

7. Data Migration and Risk Management: Oversee data migration and cutover planning, with a strong focus on risk management. Your foresight and planning skills will ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

8. Design Governance and Change Management: Implement governance, change management, and operationalization programs. Your experience in these areas will be crucial in maintaining control over projects and ensuring successful outcomes.

 

Qualifications: (Your Superhero Uniform Includes)

·       Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ, MuleSoft, and Billing ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

·       5+ years of experience in a Senior Developer or Enterprise Architect role, ideally supporting Lead To Cash and Sales processes, inclusive of integrations between various platforms

·       Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API development, and cloud infrastructure.

·       Experience in project-critical component design management.

·       Excellent stakeholder management skills.

·       Experience in data migration, cutover planning, and risk management.

·       Proven track record in implementing governance and change management programs.

·       Strong ability to build partnerships with vendors, PMO, and internal delivery teams.

·       Salesforce Certifications & TOGAF experience is preferred.
