Job Description

Dev-Ops Software Engineer is responsible to support new application onboarding to Horizon. The person also supports development teams in fixing Jenkins build errors & XLR issues. Should be aware of Horizon tools, Jenkins, bit bucket, XLR, JIRA, CI-CD pipeline. Dev-Ops Engineer is an individual contributor to a team. This is a horizontal role supporting GCIB & GPST teams. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support Horizon Onboarding of new AITS.
• Support ongoing CI-CD, build, XLR, Datical and other Horizon tool issues.
• Help developers adapt to CI_CD pipeline.

Requirements:

Education

BSC/B.E. / B.Tech /M.E./M.Tech/MCA/ MBA

Certification if any -NA

Experience:

• 6 -8 Yrs

Foundational Skills:

• Knowledge of CI-CD framework, Horizon tools.
• Jenkins, XLR, Bit Bucket, Horizon JIRA
• Strong Communication Skills: Decision-making, Analytical thinking and Problem solving.
• Exposure to working with multi-location teams comprised of different roles.
• DevOps Practices
• Agile Practices

Desired Skills

• Work well in a multi-disciplined team environment.
• Exposure to Datical, Cloud solutions.
• Prior Development or Testing experience.
